« The house was outstanding, probably the best we’ve ever experienced. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable for our family of 5, and convenient to the sites in the area. We would stay there again if we return. »

« Everything, apart from the WC, sink and shower, in one room including the main bed and the bunk beds. Room quite dark as window up against a fence. Unable to watch TV from the bed as it does not face you - can only be seen from the backless bar stools at the table - a small sofa would be a good addition. Outside light not working - imitation grass to the front, rubbish needs clearing from the sides. Good location - short walk to the beach and not too far to walk into Bournemouth. Buses stop...

« Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. On inspection of the...

« The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing...

« Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing.
When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant.
I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...
