"Good stay."

"Everything was fine except the cleanliness of the bathroom … and that made it all bad! It was so, SO GROSS, to find little hairs all over the bathroom door and shower door - pubic hairs and very short hairs everywhere! The shower itself was also dirty. It had dark mold in the grout in one spot and orangey mold in the grout in another spot. I took photos to share. Had the room been clean, this would have been a charming hotel we would stay at again, no complaints. But this made it sketchy and gross "

"Room was ok. Not all of the staff were friendly. While I understand the limitations of parking in that area, guests are required to pay an additional amount to park in a garage across of the street seemed excessive. Surely Hyatt could absorb this cost for guest. "

"The place was in a not so good area, and I felt unsafe. Especially after someone tried to sell me drugs. Floors was soft in spots and I felt I may fall through the floor. Broken furniture in one bedroom. Floor not level between living room and kitchen. Did not stay. Left and went to the Hilton. Informed host and VRBO. Host keeps asking me if I enjoyed my stay. I assume that they do not actually care to read what I have said."

"The home was beautiful and well decorated and comfortable for my family while we stayed for my son’s graduation. "

"Safety issue. A couple of plugs didn't work and all need to be checked. One was protruding from wall. Also we needed a plunger for toilet- none to be found. Bathroom sink was clogged when we first arrived. Other than that beds and linens in good condition as well as kitchen. (plates didn't fit in microwave) but appliances worked well. It was fairly close to base which we appreciated. "
