"Little options for breakfast, no WiFi on the second floor (talked to staff many times and no help was provided), laundry was too expensive, room was alright, hotel stairs and hallways were terrible. Needs a better management! "

"If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine. "

"Our kids had a blast. The food was ok the drinks were very expensive. The atmosphere was cool. We stayed on the Adventure floor so we had a “party in the elevator” every time we took the elevator. We did go for spring break. It was crowded but there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s walking distance to the amusement/water park. All in all a good time. I wouldn’t stay longer than 2 days. "

"The check in was simple. Did mom it by phone just went to desk for keys. Nice folks. Clean. Has issues with locks. That was my only complaint."
