« Nous avons séjournés une première fois dans l’hôtel fin juin où l’ensemble avait été dans sa globalité. (le petit déjeuner doit être grandement amélioré). La deuxième fois, en juillet, nous avons fais une nouvelle réservation. Arrivée après 2h du matin à cause de notre vol retardé, nous n’avons pas pu accéder à notre chambre qui était déjà payée. Vous dormirez dehors même si vous avez des enfants…c’est la politique de l’hôtel qui n’a pas cherché à nous contacter avant de revendre notre chambre...

« Nous avons passé une seule nuit suite à notre arrivée tardive . Hôtel conforme aux standards Home 2 suites . L'accueil à la réception était très bien ( bouteilles d'eau et snacks offerts) . Attention pour le service de navette proposé , il faut se rendre au terminal "Domestic" si vous arrivez au terminal "International" et prendre une navette de l'aéroport et seulement vous pourrez prendre la navette de l'hôtel. Un bémol : le canapé-lit n'était pas prêt et il a fallu demander le linge de lit...

"La chambre était propre, mais c’était vraiment le minimum… La salle de bain avait des porte-shampoings cassés et le canapé présentait des taches inappropriées à notre arrivée. La porte de la salle de bain ne restait pas fermée et était difficile à maintenir close, d’autant plus qu’il n’y avait aucun moyen de la verrouiller. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, mais parfois un peu trop insistant. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons demandé un menu des boissons au barman du hall, il nous a répondu sèchement qu’il n’y en avait pas, avant de nous dire, en voyant notre étonnement, qu’ils pouvaient préparer ce que nous voulions. Le personnel est souvent distrait, occupé à discuter entre eux ou sur leur téléphone, plutôt qu’à être disponible pour les clients. L’entretien des chambres manquait de régularité, les horaires de nettoyage variaient entre 8h45 et 16h pour notre chambre au troisième étage, ce qui compliquait notre organisation pour retourner dans la chambre. Pire encore, les agents d’entretien nous ont réveillés en ouvrant la porte avec leur carte magnétique (heureusement que nous avions mis la butée de porte !). Ils avaient aussi l’habitude de crier dans les couloirs pour communiquer entre eux et de mettre la musique à fond dans les chambres qu’ils nettoyaient. Le restaurant du hall était hors de prix et utilisait des sonnettes censées avertir quand la commande était prête… mais elles ne fonctionnaient jamais.
