« Great stay at Jax Beach. Short 3 block walk to the beach. The garden shed had 3 backpack chairs that we took each day and they worked just fine. I'd suggest bringing a backpack cooler since there wasn't a beach cart and everything had to be carried to and from the beach. There are some beach bags in the house that we filled with towels, snacks, etc...The pier is only 1.5 miles away with a lot of restaurants and night life. « Loved the house. It was great being within walking distance to the beach, especially with young kids. The only drawback was the road construction in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will be concluded when we go back next year. Will certainly rent this property again. »

« Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time! »

« The place was nice in general. However, the carpets were stained, not clean behind furniture, toilets were not working properly, and one of the shower heads had a little hole in it, it sprayed out when trying to shower. No curtains at the dining room or bathroom window. Overall we enjoyed Jacksonville, my old Navy home town. »

« This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....
