It features a full kitchen, wood fireplace, and a private deck with outdoor seating space and grill. Cascade Village is located less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Area and 25 miles north of Durango. This nicely decorated condo has an open concept living plan with comfortable furnishings and linens all of which contribute to its warm atmosphere. Washer/dryer in the condo. Smart TV is set up for guests with Sling TV + guests can log into their own streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu. Both bedrooms have a desk and chair in case you have to work while you are away. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: \* Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV (Upstairs) \* 2nd Bedroom - Two Double Beds with TV (Main level) \* Living Room - Sleeper Sofa with TV (Main Level) LOCATION AND AMENITIES: Cascade Village has amazing views of the Needles Mountains, is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 26 miles north of downtown Durango, and 25 miles south of Silverton. Free on-site amenities at Cascade include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table and game room, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts). It is also near the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and near numerous hiking trails, fishing creeks and jeeps trails. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. SKI SHUTTLE: Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. WIFI / TV: All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village. NO PETS/ NO TRAILERS: Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals. Also, trailers are not allowed. COOLING: Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. We had a couple of issues that the property manager addressed immediately. They were easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Jill K. Condo was great, washer dryer in the condo was a plus. AWD helped with the ice conditions but most of the other people there did not have AWD, some were chained up so just be aware of the weather. Roads were cleared like clockwork early in the morning on grounds so the 24” of snow we got was not much of a factor- thankful for that snowplow guy, great work! And restaurant on site was great food, would highly recommend it. ##### Tyler T. Clean and stocked with all the necessities. A short drive to Durango and close to tons of great hikes. There was dog hair everywhere!!!! There was also a chain smoker in the condo under us so we were not able to enjoy the balcony. It is perfect for a family of 4\. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you will need. My only disappointment with this place is there is no grill that I could find.
