« The hotel’s room was clean and the manager nice. There were two complementary cups of coffee in the bedroom, that were replaced every day. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is special ; some homeless people around and others who look drunk or high. At night, I was waken up by people yelling. It happened every night ; nothing serious like gun shots, just people having a fight or I do not know what. It is also quite noisy because of the road very near. « Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. »

« The room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue. »
