Six of us were able to stay together comfortably, appreciating the back deck with lake views, laundry facilities, and well appointed kitchen. The youngest especially loved sharing with all of us the many games available for our use. Both the dining room and den were perfect gathering places for our group. We loved being able to access the many Duluth attractions using the nearby lakefront path. Check in and other communications were much appreciated, as well. We hope to be back! ##### Jennifer M. It has all the character of its age, yet all the quality updates to make it very comfortable and user friendly. There was plenty of parking, which we needed for our group. Big beautiful kitchen with everything one could need. The bathrooms are lovely. Master suite is spacious. Beds are softer than we are accustomed to, but that is a matter of preference. 3rd bedroom is small, but darling. Leila thought of everything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. ##### David M.
