" My wife and I traveled so often for our daughter’s soccer games and last weekend we were visiting Duke University. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them. "I would like to mention a few serious concerns from my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not what I expected. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, which immediately gave a poor first impression and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another very upsetting situation happened in the parking lot. I accidentally left my suitcase behind my car in the parking area, and when I realized and came back for it, it was gone. The suitcase had been stolen. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially while traveling. Because of these issues, I strongly believe the hotel should pay more attention to room cleanliness and overall security in the parking area to help prevent situations like this from happening to other guests in the future."

"Very private considering its location in Durham which is a very nice perk. Beautiful and clean home with nice coffee bar and welcome package. Hot tub was very enjoyable with the Bluetooth speaker nearby for music. Will love to return if I’m ever back in the area- highly recommended!"
