"The place was dirty , the bathroom / shower looked liked it had not been cleaned in a long while . Killed 4 cockroaches first day .The towels and stuff looked dirty and had to go to Walmart to buy some. Would never stay there again!!"

"The house was very clean and f you forget to bring anything, I am sure it will be in the house. Checkout was the easiest. No checkout requirements other than contacting the host and telling them you are out of the house. The hosts are very responsive and strive to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. "We stayed for a month whilst we explored Aiken and all it had to offer. From first day to last, the owners were communicative and helpful. We really didn’t ever want for anything. The house was such a great space - modern and well equipped- and we loved how safe the neighborhood felt when we went out for walks each day with the dogs. Beds were comfy, and the living space was perfect for evenings in. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and we spent many evenings sat out there with the dogs, enjoying the fire pit and the quiet location. We wanted to stay another month but unfortunately the property was booked out. We would 100% stay again "

"This is an absolutely charming apartment in a lovely central location for exploring Aiken. We are using it while we buy a property in Woodside. The bed is super comfomfy, everything is brand new and finished to the highest standards. Lovely hosts. Almost hate to let the news about how great it is. The dog loved it too, especially the toasty dog blanket that we tucked her in with every evening. Very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend."

"We had a weekend reunion with a family wedding in the middle! Photos do not do justice to the spaciousness of the houses, the outdoor activities and the parking! These houses were perfect for get togethers, wedding prep, and outdoor fun for all. We not only had people dropping by for a bite to eat and a visit, but also hosted a small Super Bowl gathering. The setup is perfect for large and small groups of all ages. One kitchen is gas and the other is electric. We used each for different groups and found both were perfect. Both houses had a nice array of kitchen tools/pans, nice big bedrooms, well-equipped bathrooms with items that may have been forgotten, and ample parking. The back yard activities were a bonus. The host answered our questions promptly and was very helpful in pointing out some local restaurants. We have rented lots of houses for our family, but these two houses top the list! "
