"The hosts were lovely and went out of the way to make our stay pleasurable. The property is big, spacious and clean. Enjoyed my time staying there relaxing with very young kids. The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner."

"This house is amazing. Travel up the narrow lane and leave your cares behind. Don’t forget to close the gate! We loved our stay here. The house was well stocked with all the necessities. It was clean and surprisingly modern for such a remote spot. Easy access to Inverness, Cullodan, Loch Ness, the northern coast, and so much more. We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend it."

"Spent 11-days in Scotland with the last 3 coming at Dornoch and this apartment/home. These were the best three days. Place is very clean, nice furnishings and fixtures and host was very welcoming and attentive. I will book this again on my next trip."

"Had another fantastic stay at Armadale House for Hogmanay. House was spotless, smelt fresh and very well equipped. A positive experience despite being a very warm house and regulating temperature was tricky. Having such an early check out (9am) did spoil our last night as was having to pack and tidy up to be up at 8am and away by 9. Just one negative in what was a brilliant stay, looked to book for next year but not available 😢😢😢😢😢 Will definitely be back."

"Love at first sight is an overused phrase. But for us seeing the cottage in the distance as we drove across the Mound on the A9, it really was. The cottage was perfect in every sense. Cozy, comfortable and set with stunning views all around. The owner has equipped with everything you need to make this a perfect holiday home and the bonus of very comfortable beds at the end of the day. There are so many great walks in the area that coming back to the fantastic hot tub makes it all worth while....

"Booked this stay for its Castle description for a special celebration. Everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Some may call this place ‘dated’ but imo it was elegant in a hunters lodge/castle-y way. Beautiful bathroom, large room and comfortable bed. Nicely appointed with 2 desks and club chairs and table with view of the grounds. Petted ponies and saw bunnies. Great food. Thank you Chef for the sweet treats! Thank you Joy for the nice room assignment. Thank you to Salil and Alison and to those that we didn’t know your names. What fun!"
