A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the village of austerfield 2 miles from fabulous bawtry. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

#### A comfortable & well-equipped bungalow in tranquil & pleasant surroundings

We stayed now on two occasions on our journeys north & south to Scotland. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays.

#### Comfortable & clean bungalow, quiet & furnished to a high standard

Comfortable seating & furnished to a high standard. Well heated & adequate kitchen facilities. One criticism would be that the bedrooms are a little sparse: no bedside light or cabinet so nighttime safety is a risk. Also there were no obvious smoke alarms in the property. All said we were very comfortable & have booked a return stay.
