"The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. I am Hilton gold and they refused all my requests. Perhaps because of the different tower. Long walks to pools - not for the disabled! Will not return"

"It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited. Paying the price for a meal here should be remembered as amazing, not blah, blah, blah. The breakfast buffet is overpriced. The Luau was a great show, the food was pretty good. Standing in line in the heat for 45 minutes is ridiculous. Elderly people need places to sit in the line. Put some benches along the walkway. The lagoon was amazing. The prices for using water toys is ridiculous. Majority sat unused due to the high cost. Management were very attentive. Carter was especially helpful to address any concerns raised. The staff were very friendly and respectful. "

"Wonderful and spacious place. Well stocked kitchen. Lawn chairs/umbrella/boogie boards included with place. Ten minute walk from King's and Queen's. Corner unit - with large wrap around lanai. Friendly and helpful owner who communicated and checked in frequently - offered local suggestions. Cost of AC not included in daily rental and can be added for a daily fee. Suggest getting it spring/summer months since it was humid at night. All around - will stay again if visiting in the future."

"This is a lovely condo. It is walking distance from the pool, fitness center, and ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Martin and his wife even provided gluten-free snacks for us. The property is close to a grocery store and several restaurants. It is a beautiful place. You will not regret making a reservation! "

"The home was very large, with plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen had all of the cooking and dinner ware that we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed. I don't think we knew that the third bedroom was its own private space, but it worked well. The location was excellent! We were across from the pool and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and quick driving distance to the beach. We only have three comments of concern: 1) the tile leading from the garage to the front door was extremely slippery when wet and it rained every day we were there, 2) when you entered through the front door it would have been nice to have a mat there for our wet shoes so you don’t slip and track water all over, and 3) surprisingly there were no Kleenex tissues provided. The concerns were minor and we appreciated our stay. "
