You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house that spans across three levels, offering a total area of 160 square meters. The main living/dining room on the ground floor measures a generous 55 square meters and features a sofa bed (120 cm, length 280 cm), a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. This area opens up to a terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC and a double hand-basin. The lower ground floor houses another living room with a sofa bed (120 cm, length 190 cm), a satellite TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, a bathroom with a WC, and a hydromassage bath. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a WC and double hand-basin, and air conditioning, with access to a terrace; another room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and access to a balcony; and a third room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and access to a balcony. There is also another bathroom with a WC and double hand-basin on the upper floor. The property features two balconies of 3 square meters each, a 100 square meter terrace that is partly roofed, and two additional roofed terraces measuring 15 square meters each.
