The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet.The management team was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. We especially loved spending time on the porch enjoying the water views.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!"

"Thought I was booking a family run old hotel. Turned out no staff on site, needed app to open door, room ceiling leaked into my suitcase, broken arm on couch in lobby, porch furniture was dirty, internet went down so key app did not work, smelled moldy, etc. very disappointing."

"Charming hotel and a quaint, historic town. Comfortable hotel and well located. My only regret was I did not have more time to enjoy all the wonderful amenities of the hotel and more time in town. The hotel even left a welcome treat for my pet which was much appreciated. "

"The place was good value for the price. We only stayed one night. We were not happy that there was not an actual blanket on the bed, however, we did find one in the drawer the next morning. "

"The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Hotel lobby guys were very nice and helpful. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk to the Biscuit Factory."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable — right on the water with great crabbing and fishing from the dock, and a front‑row seat to an incredible variety of coastal birds. During our visit we saw clapper rails, black skimmers, blue, tri‑colored, and green herons, great, snowy, and cattle egrets, plus Forster’s, royal, sandwich, and least terns.The kitchen was well equipped, including a perfect pot for a crab boil. We also loved how the owner preserved the old oyster house workings in the storage and utility areas. It made the whole place feel genuinely historic and special.The host was responsive, watching the sunrise from the dock was priceless, and staying in such a unique waterfront home made this trip memorable."
