« Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out! »

« The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise. »

« A beautiful property with great views of the water! Lots of stairs, but the view from the deck was amazing. Close to shops and restaurants, but a quiet retreat. We would come back and stay here again. »

« Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book. »

« Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very...

« I don't take lightly leaving a negative review however I feel there are certain things that folks considering this property need to know. First, the water views are indeed amazing, just as advertised. And the property manager is attentive, though prepare to receive several automated messages.The unit is narrow, with 3 levels - entry, main and upper where there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The stairwell to the main level is steep and very, very narrow, and from the main to upper level also steep...

« The location was wonderful peaceful and serene but even better were the hosts. Tammy and Mike were very helpful, kind, and thoughtful of our needs. We would highly recommend this to anyone. What better then sitting on your porch looking at the Suwanee River with deer, turkeys, hawks and our favorite hummingbirds to entertain you. »

The bed had to be pushed up against the wall on one side in order to fit in the small bedroom. The living area had a very small circular dinning table with two chairs and one small love seat.
