« What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful. The lodge...

« Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »

"Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer"
