The host was not even aware of the reservation until we actually got to property and reached out to him since there was no way for us to get into the property. It took him a while for him to even reply to our messages. While we were there without knowing what to do we almost got a ticket from police for being stopped with the car in the surroundings. Although she told me at check-in, they were having problems with the thermostat, they had made alternative accommodations for heat and everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel one morning. I found the reception staff to be above and beyond helpful during my stay. The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect to enjoy some of the beautiful sites areas of Oviedo."
