« Breakfast needs more and better variety. Also, cleaning staff shoul not knock on door at 9:00am to ask if wr are leaving. They should check with front desk first. »

« Staff was friendly and helpful, Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was as expected from most hotels these days. Packaged eggs and sausage. Mixed fruit was fresh and they had the usual assortment of dry cereals and pastry. »

« Le monsieur a la réception nous a dit que nous avions droit à une chambre non rénovée ,située au 2ieme etage et fumeur.Etant donne que nous ne voulions pas de chambre fumeur,nous avons du débourser environ $15 de plus pour avoir une chambre non-fumeur,rénovée supposément et situee au 1er étage .Pourtant,sur la confirmation,il est bien mentionné non fumeur. »

« Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. »

Check-in was quick and easy, with friendly staff and a good-sized parking lot so parking isn’t a problem even with all of the trucks for the in-town workers in the back. « First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out. Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame...

« We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again. »

« The Pine Grove Cottage is a great escape to enjoy being in the country and fishing a private lake! The inside is clean and beds comfortable! We caught lots of small bass, but my husband lost a couple of big ones. We enjoyed the town if Winnsboro that was close by, good restaurants and shopping! Paula is a great host and helpful through our entire stay! »

« We loved staying at this location . Host was quick to respond for anything we needed! Very clean plenty of Space. we enjoyed the fire table beings it was cold outside. The boat house was not far from the house . We caught lots of catfish . A few bass (but was fishing for catfish ).. will definitely come back »
