"Our stay was mediocre. The rooms were clean but the elevator and other areas around the property could use some TLC and deep cleaning. I was unable to wash my hair during our stay as my hair is down to my butt and thick; unfortunately, the water pressure didn’t support washing hair of that length and thickness. Also, the hot water was almost obsolete! The lack of hot water made for extremely uncomfortable showers. The fire alarm went off when we turned the heat on in our room. Other than that,...
