« Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay. »

« Room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. »

« The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid. »

« This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key. »
