« Safe and quiet »

« Very clean, comfortable condo, super comfy bed. 2 blocks from restauraunts and shops...we walked to really good restaurants all 4 nights of our stay. Best meal was at Chimayo...don't miss it! Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray. »

« This spot was perfect for a low key weekend away. We backpack regularly, so having a hot shower and an electric kettle made it feel so luxurious! We loved sitting on the porch rocking chairs, and it was close enough to get to any Durango activities. »

« The layout of the house was perfect for three adult females. We each had our own section of the house. The house was very clean. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was as well as all paper products, including paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenexes in every room. There was plenty of dishwashing soap as well as laundry soap, and trash bags. « We lived the location and cabin. Downsize….we didn’t stay more days. Loved the convenience of the distance from town and the amenities were perfect. We couldn’t get the hot tube to work for us second night but just ended up spending time in the sauna. The alarm end off on us one time but was able to figure it out fast and opening the door with code was kind of a hassle; just minor issues. Overall we loved our stay. Really wanted to see a bear and cubs but did see wild turkey and deers. And the...

« We enjoyed our stay in this very nicely remodeled rambler nestled iamong pine trees and located in a small mountain community. Our little dog loved the break from Phoenix heat (110 degrees) as much as we did. The property is convenient to historic Durango, Hillcrest Golf Course, the Animas River Trail and the Durango Botanical Gardens. The WiiFi was great and the living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. « We loved the convenience of being close to family in Bayfield. Previously we have stayed in hotels in Durango and were glad not to have to drive back and forth to Durango every day. The cabin was in such a pretty setting by the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the property, we hope to return! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host said we could bring an air mattress, so each grandchild spent a night with us also. Perfect! »
