« The room was clean, staff helpful and the food was good. There was plug-ins all down the basement hall that was way too strong. I realized why they were there when I entered the room. There was such a strong odor of something I couldn’t figure out. I’m not sure if it was a mildew moldy smell or just plain stink. It was so strong. « A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit. »

« The only things I think could have been better is that it seemed like the floor in our room wasn’t clean/vaccuumed (grit, dirt and hair on my feet after walking across the carpet) and some of the bath towels were covered in other people’s hair prior to us using them. Other than that, we were grateful for a place to stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. »

« This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. « Spa en panne eau de la piscine gelée, lingerie en panne, poubelles non vidées le personnel ne gère aucun de ses problèmes et le petit dejeuner est très compliqué lors de la commande et quand l'assiette arrive ce n'est pas bon, tout ça pour 250 euros la nuit c'est lamentable autant aller dans le motel du coin ! on pensait se faire plaisir ca restera le raté du voyage »
