"The hotel is average. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities are good. What I didn’t like is the breakfast dining hall which is open from all sides and flies are roaming around. The butter was left open which should have been covered to ensure hygiene. Lots need to be improved."

"The Hotel Supreme in Dambulla is definitely recommended. We stayed 4 nights in the superior room and had no problem at all. The hosts and the staff are courteous and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and after a long trip you can easily enjoy your beer at the fika bar."

"Name of the hotel was not what is in hotels.com website.. no one was there to receive us at night.. only dogs were there.. had to call the owner and cancel the booking.. not sure whether they have cancelled my booking.. terrible experience at night.. pls ensure to cancel the booking and refund if payment has already realized.."

"Perfect little hotel. Just off main road but very quiet at night. Food was lovely, very friendly staff and facilities in the room all looked new. Air con worked well and bed was comfortable, WiFi in the room was a little slow at times but other than that this place was perfect."

"Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night. It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples. The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh."

"Wow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. We stayed in both the Floating Villa, and then the Bankee Chalet. Highly reccomend. Everyone in that visits Sri Lanka should come here."

"Séjour d une nuit très agréable, avec un très bon petit déjeuner pour le SL. La piscine au milieu des arbres est très sympa, surtout pr les enfants… chambre au top propre et bien aménagé. Bonne ambiance lounge le soir même si la musique un peu forte. À améliorer : le Check in où il n y avait personne à l arrivée, et comme notre chambre était pas prete, nous avons dû revenir et toujours personne donc un peu d attente. La lenteur et la qualité des plats du restaurant. "

"The resort is set back from a busy road in a fabulous nature setting. Beware that 20 out of the 26 "rooms" are tents and only 6 are solid built cottages. If you want a glamping style close to nature experience then the tents are fabulous. If you want to have more privacy go for the cottages, which are very large and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. As we were few people breakfast and dinner options were limited but very tasty. Excellent option for a luxury stay in thw dambulla triangle."

"Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return."

"Very boutique style hotel, you will feel like you have a private hotel, very quiet, not many rooms, service is amazing very personalised and everyone is so nice and helpful, also location is good close but secluded, and many wild animals around the gardens which is great. food is delicious, and room are spacious. "Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere else the food was so good. Hotel also offered laundry service which was reasonably priced. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to Dambulla centre where you will find a choice of banks, Cargills supermarket and various shops."
