"Zimmer war recht groß & völlig in Ordnung zum Übernachten, jedoch ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bezüglich Sauberkeit: Beim Frühstück hat wohl jemand Fruit Loops verschüttet, diese waren auf dem Boden inklusive Scherben & Milch verteilt und wurden nicht sauber gemacht, obwohl eine Frau hinter dem Frühstücksbuffet stand und nach der Zimmer-Nummer fragte. Die Fruit Loops waren auch noch 2 Tage später auf dem Teppich im Treppenhaus zu finden. Wir waren zudem an einem Wochenende da, als...

"This is a distinctive, very central hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting Sucre. The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely."

"The hotel is nice which is a few long blocks from the city center but the room we were assigned to it’s noisy at night when the band or music is playing till 2am. The worst part is that we were not allowed to flush bath tissue in the toilet. They ask you to put it the trash where you’ll be smelling used bath tissue every time you use the bathroom!"

"The hotel is well located for a tourist visit of Sucre, provided one is willing to walk uphill to go back to the hotel! The view from the restaurant (where the breakfast is served) is amazing. "El entorno del hotel es muy bonito ,pero no creo que sea lógico 4 estrellas para habitación que no tiene calefacción, secador,que no tiene ascensor. Iluminación pobre, ducha automática en la que el agua templada sale muy débil. El minibar vacío aunque hay letrero con precios"

"The fellow who welcomed us at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. He spoke very good English and we could ask him anything. Our room was wonderful and big and bright and clean. Comfortable beds and we had a fridge as well. Lots of nice seating areas to relax in around the hotel courtyard. The breakfast was very good and the staff was courteous and friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and the main square. "

"The person on whats app was so helpful and helped me with everything! Sent me a beautiful list of things to do and things to eat, helped me with laundry and booked me a lovely clean safe taxi to airport. Nice breakfast but mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no shower screen meaning bano got a bit wet. There wasnt really a vibe there either, I didnt make any friends. "

"The hotel is nice which is a few long blocks from the city center but the room we were assigned to it’s noisy at night when the band or music is playing till 2am. The worst part is that we were not allowed to flush bath tissue in the toilet. They ask you to put it the trash where you’ll be smelling used bath tissue every time you use the bathroom!"
