The hotel seems to cater for locals as I was the only foreigner staying there, but the staff made me feel very welcome, and even though none spoke English, they were really helpful and patient which was a first for me in Bolivia. Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but...
