« Apartment was absolutely beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing, spacious, clean - would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a reasonably priced place to stay in Gothenburg!! Staff were helpful and polite too. Thank you ☺️ The only recommendation we’d say is that another mirror would have been really helpful for us when all trying to get ready, as there was only the one in the mirror. But otherwise it was perfect! »

« Skitiga kuddar och täcken, även om lakan var rena. Dammigt porslin. Det var nästan stopp i toaletten, vilket påtalades till städpersonal, som skulle rapportera det vidare. Det blev aldrig helt stopp, men vattnet steg ända upp till kanten på toalettstolen innan det mycket långsamt sjönk undan. Klar nackdel att det var svårt med parkering i området. »

"We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best."

"Très joli hôtel confortabel d'un design recherché. Excellente situation dans le centre. Ma chambre au 11ième étage avec une très belle vue sur la ville. Très bon buffet nordique pour le petit déj. Personnel professionnel, attentif et attentionné. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. "
