Top Namibia Hotel Reviews

Hilton Garden Inn Windhoek
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great! Nice to have a gym and pool at the hotel too"

Moon Mountain Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"This place was absolutely beautiful. I loved staying here and had a great time. The only recommendation I would have is for the staff to maybe find a better way to take breakfast orders."

Hilton Windhoek
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel in a great location. The rooftop is a nice place to relax with tasty cocktails. We were half board, which gave you breakfast and dinner. Dinner was from a set menu; salads, pasta, burgers, pizza, etc., common international fare, but it was well made, with generous portions and tasty. Some maintenance is needed on the walls/ paint of the ceiling when above floor 1, which isn't nice to see, but doesnt impact your stay. It's the Hilton, so everything is more pricey when compared to the local shops; food, drinks, taxis.... but it is convenient. So I guess it's what price you put on convenience. I'm due back in Namibia in the new year, and will stay at the Hilton again."

Town Lodge Windhoek
10/10 Excellent
"Spent a total of 6 nights there. Staff was great, price was fair, and breakfast was amazing!"

River Crossing Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"River Crossing was beautiful. The accommodations were lovely. The setting was incredible. Staff were kindly, efficient, and welcoming. I wish my stay was longer."

Beach Hotel Swakopmund
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great room with a view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and there is parking for the guests at no cost. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent. We highly recommend it; we will definitely come back. The location is also in the middle of town very close to the pier."

Arebbusch Travel Lodge
8/10 Good
"This stay was great for one night. Be open to critters as this is a lodge but everything was great! Breakfast was tasty as well!"

Etosha Village
10/10 Excellent
"Food was top notch and the staff were wonderful. The cottages were cleverly designed. There were two swimming pools on the premises. We were there to do safari but there were the odd shy, wild animal lurking about before we even started our safari. I highly recommend this place."

Hotel A La Mer
10/10 Excellent
"The view from our room was simply spectacular. An executive room, number 4, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and jetty. Next to the jetty is one of two restaurants, the Tug, a few minutes walk and outstanding food and service. The room itself was great, comfortable beds, and wonderful shower with nice water pressure. The fridge was perfect for chilling wine and beer. The elevator was very much appreciated. We had the pleasure of talking to Jolande at reception, who managed to book an excellent tour for us, of the Skeleton Coast and Cape Cross. The other staff at reception were very helpful too, providing us with ice for drinks, and offering tips and answering all of our questions. The ladies at breakfast were simply wonderful, so friendly, and providing excellent service. Some good food choices, and the eggs were always a good way to start the day. We didn't use the bar onsite, as we purchased wine and beer at the grocery store just a few minutes walk away. Swakopmund is a gem by the ocean, and our stay at A La Mer couldn’t have been any better. "
