« Accueil, calme »

« paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. The welcome and customer service was overlooked and...

« This is the second time my work team has stayed here. The Albatros is perfect for our needs. I highly recommend. »

« Très bel endroit , calme. Chalet bien aménagé »

« Full of discoveries and nice meetings. Concerning the stay in Oosterhout: All was ok except the welcome rather cold , and the lack of kitchen utensils( bread toaster, coffee maker with filters…) And please pay attention to the cleanliness of the mattresses: we founded long back hair in removing the linen… »

« Mooi verblijf in luxueuze tent.

« We loved how much space there was inside for our small group. The outdoor lounge set made relaxing easy and comfy every evening. »

« The house I was assigned had a front door that would not close or lock. I had to put a broom behind the door at night so it would not blow open, since I got there later at night nobody was available to fix it until the next day. They did fix it the next day but the day after it had the same issue again, luckily I was checking out that day and it was no longer my issue. Otherwise it's located in a nice area and the house was cute but also not very clean, allot of dust and floors and bathrooms...
