It is really quiet here! The holiday park is part of Landgoed Bergvliet, a beautiful and spacious recreational area in the Oosterhoutse bossen near Breda, consisting of an 18-hole golf course, various restaurants, a grand café, a central building and the largest, most luxurious wellness complex, Spa One, from the South of The Netherlands. From your villa you can walk or cycle straight into the woods. The Burgundian city of Breda, downtown of the year 2017-2019, is a 15-minute drive away. A quick bite to eat, a nice drink, an intimate dinner or a barbecue is all possible in one of the 2 restaurants at Landgoed Bergvliet, with a high-quality, yet affordable kitchen. Various types of events are also possible for example a golf event. Groups can use the Koetshuis for a private meeting. In restaurant Landgoed Bergvliet dogs are not allowed, on the terrace dogs are allowed. The spacious 8-person Villa Eagle spans two floors and features 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The villa is bright and spacious. The 8-person Villa Eagle spans two floors and, compared to the Birdie type, includes 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A stunning, tall glass sliding door extends from the living room all the way to the roof. This unique villa, approximately 133 m² in size, has two floors and reaches over 6 meters in height. It accommodates up to 8 people and features 4 bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds placed together. Each bedroom comes with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and private toilet. Away from the highway, in the middle of typical Brabant nature with its vast forests, heaths and sand drifts. Hidden between the farmlands of the Vrachelse Heide and the Oosterhoutse bossen. An area where golfers, mountain bikers, hikers, cyclists, horseback riders and nature lovers are completely in their element. Via the Vrachelse Heide you enter the Open Linie landscape park, a varied area where rolling forests, heaths, sandy plains, fens and farmland alternate. Do you really want to feel completely at home with nature? Then take a beautiful forest ride on horseback from one of the riding schools in the area. You are also surrounded by the special nature reserve National Park De Loonse and Drunense Duinen, which are ideal for walks or cycling trips and these parks are a paradise for mountain bikers and horse riders. There are numerous restaurants around the national park. The public walking is forbidden on the golf course. You can take a walk around the golf course. And north of Landgoed Bergvliet lies De Biesbosch National Park, this is the largest freshwater tidal area in Europe. This area is not only a valuable nature area, but also an adventurous recreational area where you can walk, cycle or sail endlessly. Sauberkeit wird nicht so eng gesehen. Die Beleuchtung nachts um das Haus ist sehr störend, kann leider nicht ausgemacht werden, da es eine zentrale Steuerung ist. Der Park ist von der Lage her ganz nett, die Häuser sonst ganz schön aber viel zu eng aufeinander. Die Ruhezeuten werden nicht überprüft, es ist teilweise sehr laut die ganze Nacht. ##### Birgit H. Das Ferienhaus hat eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Die Umgebung hat sehr schöne Fahrradwege und die Städte in der Nähe sind einen Besuch wert. In den Unterlagen von den Bergvliet Villas sollte man in unmittelbarer Nähe Fahrräder mieten können, was leider nicht stimmte. Der Campingplatz in der Nähe verleiht keine Fahrräder seit 2 Jahren keine mehr ! Das Unternehmen sollte diese Info aus Ihren Prospekten und Unterlagen nehmen. Sinnvoll wäre auch eine Kaffeemaschine in den Häusern. Hatten nur eine Kapselmaschinen. Die oberen Räume bei hohen Temperaturen (25 bis 30 Grad) sehr warm. Eigen badkamer en toilet bij elke slaapkamer heel fijn. Een mooie bosrijke omgeving waar je heerlijk kan wandelen, fietsen en golven. Bijzonder vriendelijke en beleefde medewerkers van hotel niveau mijn complimenten! De minpunten : inchecken verlaat van 15.00 naar 16.00\. Netjes om 16.00 aanwezig maar villa pas om 16.45 beschikbaar (wel gratis drankje op het terras gekregen). In de villa gaten in de deur van de woonkamer en wat planken uit het plafond van de buiten oversteek. Bij de melding bleek het al bekend te zijn. Ik vind dat dit gemaakt moet worden voordat er nieuwe huurders komen. Het is tenslotte een luxe resort waar kwaliteit verwacht wordt. Afzuigkap en magnetron defect maar ondank belofte geen monteur gekomen.
