« I was at a music festival and it was hot. Looked up motel in the area. Everything in town full. 9 miles away I found this little place. Reviews were not great but I was done camping. Arrived to a newly outside painted, signed in, went to the room and it was newly painted, new flooring, new fixtures in bathroom and furniture. Air conditioner new and was great relief. Manager went out of his way to ask if everything was ok every time I returned. Review trolls be damned..get a life. »

« L'annonce et les photos de cet hôtel prévoit un petit déjeuner. En réalité, il n'y a que quelques fruits, céréales et café sur un comptoir. Aucune table. Le personnel vous invite à aller "déjeuner" dans votre chambre en transportant les quelques choses gkanées sur le comptoir. In fact, there is no breakfast at all. There is no compliance with the text and the photos of the ad. Better to choose the Niles »

« I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The staff is welcoming, breakfast is very nice (waffles!!). I really appreciated the amenities in the room. Restaurants are 5 min walk with some nice possibilities. The only negative point is the noise insulation between rooms, I could hear everything from my neighbors. »

« House is secluded, and very well maintained. Large enough to stretch your legs and close enough to town for a easy visit. My brother lives in town but has a small house so this was a great place to have a family get together. Will 100% stay again. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Albaugh family guest house. The views were amazing. There is a great view of Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen. We enjoyed watching the cows move around in the pasture. A convenient location. We would stay again »

« Great communication. Manager checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was as described. Well stocked and very comfortable. Great place in a beautiful setting. Quiet and comfortable street out of town but very close and easy to get to town. Amazing host! Awesome stay! The house was warmed and ready to go upon arrival. 5 stars well earned. »

« My wife and I were amazed and absolutely overwhelmed by the hospitable nature of this home! We could not have felt more welcome! In addition, the size of this vacation rental was more than enough for us. In fact, we have family living in Alturas and visit them from Denver at least twice a year!
