"The room that we had was very big but the hallways and a lot of the areas smelled like smoke the carpet was dirty the hotel is too big it's confusing there are no Americanized gambling card tables when you ask for directions or help nobody speaks English and they just tell you something that they want to tell you even if it's wrong are they"

"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....
