"I was really cold with a thin duvet and no Extra blankets and no heating . I am an elderly man and couldn’t get heated up again. Very cold Staff were top notch friendly helpful and wanted to be helpful"

"Excellent hotel. Our only issue was finding the car park but when I asked at the bar we were given directions and assisted to the parking. It’s on the street behind the hotel. All the staff were lovely welcoming and efficient. At check in we were taken to our room and given details to help our stay. The room was large, really nice decor, clean and great facilities with two armchairs. We had lunch in the bar which was great. Breakfast was served in the bar which was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was comfortable, room larger than expected & shown in photos. Rooms overlooking the car park can be a little noisy, and affected by the smell of smoke, but that is due to inconsiderate people rather than a hotel issue!"

"Great location overlooking the canal. We stayed 2 nights, ate in the restaurant the first night and had cooked breakfasts. Every meal was lovely, the staff were great and attentive to our needs. In general customer service was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful"
