« Charmant hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur historique, dans une petite rue calme. Excellent accueil, gentillesse de tout le personnel (réception, restauration, ménage), l'hôtel offre des petites attentions qui rendent le séjour chaleureux et personnalisé. Super petit-déjeuner. Bravo ! Petit bémol : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre (dans l'annexe) malgré le reset, j'ai utilisé mon forfait en partage de réseau. OK dans le restaurant et autres parties de l'hôtel. »

"Hotel très bien situé, à 2 pas du Mevlada museum et du quartier animé. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais sauf 1 personne. Le petit dejeuner est assez leger mais ok. Par contre je n'ai pas pu check in à 17h30, on m'a demandé de revenir 1 heure plus tard pour installer une ampoule dans la salle de bain qui n'a jamais été installée finalement!"
