"séjour professionnel - Chambre confortable - accueil parfait - je retournerai sans hésitation. Petite histoire pour illustrer le sens du service client : Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel 1 jour plus tôt suite à une erreur sur la date du billet de retour. Bien que l'hôtel n'en n'avait pas l'obligation , ils ont accepté très naturellement le remboursement de la nuit supplémentaire et surtout ont fait le nécessaire pour que hotels.com valide cette annulation, ce qui n'était pas naturel de la part de hotels.com. Un grand merci à toutes les personnes du lobby et plus particulièrement à Ronit, du service relation client "
