"Loved the hotel staff are brilliant and rooms are always nice but the major issue is the street outside hotel ..the hassle you get trying to walk down the road is like nothing I have experienced before ..many other guests say they same ..that put us off the hotel for our trip next time..but apart from that a amazing hotel "

"The room was kept spotless by francis who went above and beyond looking after us. The whole hotel was spotless. All staff were nice and helpfull. "

"Chose to upgrade to Deluxe room which was a lot better (initial room while clean was a bit tired). Lovely staff"

"Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people."
