"The staff at the Aquarius on the Beach were amazing. I travelled from Canada and lost my cell phone and confirmations. The staff here welcomed me and assisted in contacting my family and airline. "One of the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD STAYING IN A HOTEL OF ANY KIND. Never never ever would i reckon or stay at this place. There WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!. ONE MAID AND ONE NIGHT WATCHMAN!!!. That was all. No food coz there was no kitchen.
