"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. Breakfast was lovely, freshly baked breads, house made yogurt and jams, fresh squeezed OJ, local honey, ham and cheeses and fresh fruit. We enjoyed dinner at the Auberge...

"Incredible idyllic home set on ten beautiful acres. The hostess was incredibly accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The charming family who renovated this 800 year old mini castle spent five years renovating, and it shows. We loved every minute of our visit and we would make a point of returning. Bravo! Mercy!"

"The owners were lovely and were genuinely interested in our welfare. We would certainly stay again."

Accueil chaleureux."

"A fascinating house with a lot of charm in a picturesque village. A lot to see and do in the vicinity - a beautiful area. Garden and pool impeccably clean, however not the inside; dust in the bedroom corners, a stained pillow, unclean dinner plates, leftovers in freezer and refrigerator, etc, was disappointing."

"non merci"

"Had a wonderful time. Chateau full of nooks and crannies and loads of character. Played tennis for the first time in 15 years on a beautiful court and swam in the pool. Peaceful location but close to many interesting towns and villages. All in all a great vacation."

"We spent a wonderfully restful two weeks in this beautiful, property which is in the perfect location for anyone seeking complete peace and solitide. Our hosts, Ria and Patrick, were absolutely delightful and did everything to make our stay so memorable. Thank you!"
