« Stained sofa in the room, dirty windows, view over industrial roof top from the suite, king bed made of two beds - zip link broken, no mattress protector or topper, stained mattress. Very disappointed. »

« Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était correct. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. En tant que cycliste voyageant à vélo, j’ai même pu garder mon vélo dans ma chambre. Ayant déjà eu quelques expériences au Royaume-Uni jusque-là, je peux dire que le petit-déjeuner mériterait d’être amélioré. Un très bon restaurant/pub se trouve juste en face de l’établissement. Des commerces sont également accessibles à pied en environ 10 minutes. Je recommande cet hébergement. »

« Excellent hotel with good bar food and restaurant options.The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Next to good hiking trails in the beautiful Ribble Valley Only downside was the rooms on the ground floor get some noise from creaking floors from the rooms above. Last visit was particularly bad because there was a wedding reception so the noise from the floor above went on very late. »

« Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again. »

« Convenient and good value. Stayed 1 night to attend a family wedding in the Chorley area. Check-in was easy and we were able to get in the room a little early so we could change and head off to the wedding. We left our car and parked it right outside our window and the bar was still open when we returned. The only negative was the bathroom had a slight musty smell even with the extractor running. »

« On arrival tried to over charge us. Was informed at time of booking,breakfast was included but never mentioned it was only continental and you have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. The Resturant and bar staff really friendly and food in Resturant was good. Now for the room dirty makes in bedding, cobwebs from light fittings, bathroom was disgusting mouldy, dried hairs and what looked like snot in the bath. »
