Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. He took money from me and then as a middle man made agreement with another taxi service company, paid them half of what I gave and dat company messed up. I had to pay again some extra to that taxi company such as airport parking fees. I took the van with high cost considering of security since picking up midnight.
