"Convenient kitchen. Gas stove. The property called me on the second day and said it was mandatory for cleaning staff to enter the room. I have traveled too much over the years without hearing this ever. I would not have rented it if I had known this. I dislike people entering the room. Now I know. "

"I didn't use the laundry facility. I didn't feel safe. Not only is this property a hotel, but it's an extended stay facility, which is fine but I wish I had know before booking. I booked 2 rooms, 159 & 161. Room 161 was not ready for occupancy at 3, it was after 4 that I finally got into my room,and it had a strong order of vinegar. Room 159, had some serious problems. The toilet backed up 2 times and had to be unclogged. The sink in the bathroom was very unstable, loose and I felt it would fall off the wall at any moment. The telephone didn't work, and the A/C was barely adequate and was unable to read the control instructions. There wasn't any table or chair to put food on to eat. The mattress were very old and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most was the noise and the overwhelming smell of Marijuana. I understand it's legal, but this was a non-smoking rooms and after being out for the day coming back it was disgusting. The people hanging around outside were questionable, especially since there was a mental health facility across the street. I traveled with my daughter and 2 disabled grandkids, we made sure we were in the rooms before dark. But, the staff was friendly. "

"Clean room, very spacious with an awesome view of the woods including Jays, Crows, Hummingbirds and Parrots as well as squirrels. Super friendly staff and a beautiful pool area."

"Don't be fooled by the aged sign on the pole, the rooms have been renovated, with good workmanship. A bonus is the tiny Thai restaurant just 2 blocks south on Magnolia Blvd. Access to I-8 and 67 is flawless. Excellent value. "

"Two bed room was huge. Nice furnishings. Only downside is that the pool facility was at the golf club and not on site. This didn't bother us though."
