I tried to cancel my reservation because I had a death in the family, but Expedia would not recognize my itinerary number When I called their number I was on hold for over an hour & they never picked up. "I did not utilize the hotel amenities during this stay. The lobby was clean and presentable. My queen sweet was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedding was crisp and clean, promoting a good night's sleep. The breakfast was suitable, the coffee was fresh. I would like to see the breakfast times extend, times are currently 0630-0830. If the breakfast times could be extended until 0930, that would be ideal and flexible for more guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel and being staying there in the future. "
