Escape to our beautifully updated getaway in the city of Des Moines! This stylish and comfortable home offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. Relax and unwind in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom retreat, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space Conveniently located on the east side of Des Moines, our home is the ideal base for exploring all that Des Moines has to offer.  
Check out time: Check out is by 10:00 Am.   
No Smoking: Please no smoking or vaping inside the house.   
No Parties: No parties are allowed unless discussed with the host  
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor spaces.  
No Quests: Only confirmed quests are allowed. (Max of 6 in the house). Notify the host if you would like additional guests.
