My family and I had a great stay! We ran numerous rec paths, fly fished the platte, walked to fun restaurants, cheered march madness on the pit couch, played pool and watched the sunset from the rooftop hot tub of this cozy house. Excellent location set up for an easy rental. Such a fun place to watch the city buzz! Mike is a wonderful host being both accommodating and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Mike and this property. The property itself is in a perfect location and it was great for our large group. Mike was an excellent communicator and made the whole process extremely easy. We will definitely come back to this property.

This is an amazing property. The location was very convenient, as multiple restaurants, bars, cafe, gas stations and grocery stores were within walking distance. The home was very amazing and completely was the perfect place for my college friends and i to celebrate our yearly reunion. Mike is a great host and was very quick to respond to every question i had. I look forward to staying here again in the future for a Giants/Rockies series with my family. This property is a gem!I highly recommend

Red Rocks Concert.

House was clean and had everything you would need. The location was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from everything we did other than Red Rocks, but Red Rocks was only 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 5 days and it was a great downtown view. 1 min from the broncos stadium the game room doesn’t disappoint worth every penny and would recommend!

Work trip gone awesome

Me and a coworker had a corporate event at the Colorado Rockies baseball stadium and she found this place based on reviews. What a great place! Roomy, clean, and easy access to all the places. Would highly recommend. Host was extremely helpful and communicative.

Very enjoyable

Had a family reunion/bachelorette party. The condo was well appointed, location convenient without having to stay in downtown Denver. We were expecting one more bunk bed and instead may have found a blow up mattress. We weren't interested in doing that much work and a couple slept on the floor. Still enjoyable and mostly used for a safe sleeping place.
