"The minute we arrived we had problems. We had to get a plumber because the toilet didn’t work after driving 10 hrs to get there was enough the for the bathroom not to work. Then later on we found roaches in the bathroom. Just disgusting! I was actually awaiting my refund that I have yet to receive. They stated it would com from Expedia, never again!"

"Room was clean and check-in was quick. If you book through Expedia, the downside is that the Aloft "complimentary" breakfast isn't actually complimentary. A note for folks who drive here: use the hotel's valet parking instead of self-parking. It is cheaper to use the hotel's valet but they won't tell you that until after you've self-parked and have to have someone walk down to let you out of the parking garage. "
