If you have more than 6 people staying here do not rely on just this house. We had 9 guys come for my brothers golf bachelor party and had to have multiple grown men share queen beds. A few guys ended up getting their own hotel. The shower in the basement needs to be replaced. Turning that on was sending water everywhere except inside the shower lol. Checking in we wanted to have gifts delivered to the house but the host wouldn’t give the information until the day before. For “safety reasons” so that sucked. Checking in is 3pm no exceptions lol. If I had to do it again I would have gotten a bigger and better place. House was mid at best. Couches are uncomfortable

Remembrance weekend

Rented house with a group of old college friends for a celebration of life event in Denver. Overall house met all of our needs - roomy living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Only downside was the dishwasher was out of service.

Creed Concert

We drove 8 hours with our family to attend the Creed concert in Denver arriving about 6:30 pm. When we arrived the property hadn't been cleaned after the last set of guests. I promptly contacted the property manager and they had a cleaning crew at the property withing 30 minutes and after about 2 hours the property was as good as new. I couldn't give 5 stars because of this but the responsiveness of the property manager was unmatched. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Wedding

Lots of room for all of us. Not kid friendly, no games, puzzles or cards. No extra linden’s or blankets. Had to call to get wash clothes only had 4 on site, they did drop off more. AC not working, bedrooms were hot, called to ask for fans and they dropped off 1(didn’t help). Ceiling fans might of helped. Backyard needed mowed, so they mowed during our stay because part of it was too tall to play in yard.

Graduation Weekend

My family and I flew to Colorado to celebrate my wife's graduation. We chose this fantastic property because we needed several beds near the graduation venue. The host was gracious enough to accommodate our need for an early check-in due to all of our family's flight arrivals. My family enjoyed the house and all its thoughtful and welcoming amenities, which made us feel very much at home. The property is near everything one needs: groceries, dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. If you're looking for a fantastic property suited for your family and want safety and great amenities, this property and host is the one for you, hands down! I would book this property and host exclusively for any trip to Denver and the surrounding area! Just a side note: I would include a guest book to allow guests to share how staying at this property impacted them in a paragraph or two. A thankfulness and gratitude journal. It would be a nice touch. Thank you again from our family to yours for making our stay for graduation unforgettable!

Disappointing

We showed up and the place looks just like the description but when going downstairs we had noticed a shock when touching certain switches and the electrical fireplaces. We notified the owner and he explained that a shock was normal around this time of the year so we had to cancel the whole trip and leave. So just beware because it is a serious issue to have to deal with. I was electrocuted at least about 10 times before I realized it was not static. It was a waste of time booking bc we had to wait till 9pm to get into a hotel and the customer service was helpful but the processing time was long so we did not get to enjoy the night at all.

Family friendly

We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed here with another family. The house was located perfectly as it was close to the rink. There is a grocery store close by as well. The house itself was fun for the adults and the kids. No complaints from our crew.

Colorado Family Xmas

This house is great for a large group. We had 3 different families staying for Christmas. My husband and I, plus our three college aged children all fit upstairs, my mom and dad in another level, and my sister’s family downstairs. It is spacious for a large group! Very convenient location—we enjoyed a trip to ski and a day at the hot springs, along with a comedy show and spa day minutes from the house.
