The place was clean, roomy, and well furnished. It met our needs perfectly with two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, comfortable living room, and large kitchen table to have family over to visit.
Location of stay was accurate to description and centralized to our needs of being close to the UC Health Center. Very clean and accommodating for a family of 5. I would suggest this place for those who need to be in the area.
Spacious, clean, quiet unit in Aurora CO. Worked great for us for a weekend sports tournament at Aurora Sports Park. Very convenient - across the street from grocery store and Starbucks, and multiple fast-casual restaurants in the area. Responsive, attentive host- thanks!
We had a great stay, the apartment was just as advertised if not better! Quiet even when classes were happening below. Never any trouble parking! Great view of 4th of July fireworks happening around the area. Easy to get to stores and field access for tournament!
The VRBO is over a karate place but the area around has nice neighborhoods and stores nearby. The house was clean and open and had everything we needed. We had an emergency situation with our daughter in the hospital and the owner was more than helpful with us and responded immediately whenever I made contact. This made us feel secure in a scary situation.

THE NICEST PLACE IN AURORA! WOW and the views are amazing!
The place is luxurious and impeccable. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Everything, from the furniture to the decor was just beautiful. The owner met me and gave me a quick tour and was very accomodating. My favorite part was watch the sunrise with my coffee and then watch the sunset over the mountains.
The location is very ideal. Right across the street there is a starbucks, a grocery store, and many restaurants. I was there for a business trip and had to travel between CU medical and Buckley Air force base and it was an easy drive. Buckley was only a minute away.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Aurora. I will be back!

Safety is a concern
We only stayed one night of our 6 night stay!
I probably could have gotten over the awful smell, the dirty air vents, the direct tv not working and just a place that is overall rundown but there were other factors.
First and foremost most, my wife and daughter didn’t feel safe. The neighborhood was not ideal.
There is no good way to block or lock entry to the stairs or the surrounding deck We had many concerns. From people partying in the parking lot next door, numerous homeless and vagrants walking through the parking lot at all times of the day and my vehicle being isolated and an easy target, it just wasn’t a situation I felt comfortable enough to keep my family in.
The front door and lock is something that can easily be broken into with very little force. I mean I could put my foot on it a give it a light push and be in. It is poorly built and secured to the structure. I don’t know what was better, let my wife and kids sleep in the room with the sliding glass door that is very old and also easily broken into or the other room where someone could walk right up the stairs and in a few steps knock the window out and gain entry.
We toughed out the 1st night but when we got back to the unit just before sunset the next day, the numerous shady characters just hanging around the surrounding properties partying pushed us over the edge. We left and went to a hotel room for the rest of our stay in Denver. Requested 1/2 of the stay credited, but owner denied.
Came back again because of the quiet location and short drive (10 miles) to downtown Denver. Marshall Arts studio below was again not a problem at all. Owner is super responsive, polite and professional.
Fortress of Solitude but Easy Access to Denver and Area
I wanted a separate residence and needed a kitchen and took a gamble on the taekwondo studio downstairs.
Really pleasantly surprised by our stay!! Clean, updated and private, this was a great spot for my daughter and I to rest but still visit some of the attractions in Denver - only 10 miles to downtown. We loved the Zoo.
We could faintly hear the taekwondo kids ho! and ha! one afternoon - very cute and clearly a family-based activity. No problem for us.
Ghassan was outstanding and responded within minutes to my questions - he clearly cared about our stay.
Highly recommend!
I was a little hesitant with this loft being above a business but it was very very nice and has a very nice large enclosed deck which was wonderful for the children and it was very quiet. Centrally located for all our visiting and shopping needs. Will definitley consider this property for our future travel needs.
Great stay, communication was A+, everything you need is walking distance. Place is clean and much roomier than you can see in the pictures. Ghassan is a great host.
This is a great space, with all the needed amenities. Quick access to Anschutz. More outdoor lighting would be helpful in outside stairs leading to entrance.
We had such a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews left for this property, as our stay was wonderful! It seems it is hard to please people now-a-days, but the manager was very helpful and was quick to respond when we had questions.

Average Stay Above a Dojo
Decor and T.V. is somewhat outdated. Programming is through airwaves from an antenna behind the T.V. so reception was subpar. Kitchen utensils were plentiful but need to be replaced! They were tiny and of a strange size if you have very small hands. Shower tile grout appeared dirty and stained. We felt the need to wear flip-flops in the shower. Supply of batch towels were good and toilet paper supply was sufficient. and never run out. Master bedroom mattress was average in comfort. The second bedroom should have darkening shades or curtains due to the early morning sun. The current vertical slat blinds are terrible. Half bathroom needs to be updated by replacing the outdated toilet. It sits really low and flushing strength is poor. I knew about this rental being situated above a Tae Kwon Do studio so that was kind of weird. One night just for a few hours I had to park at the business next door because ALL parking places including the spaces in front of the garage were taken. There were motion detector flood lights that did not work which would have helped when returning to quarters at night while ascending the metal stairwell at night. Kind of creepy. There's the possibility I carry and conceal so had that going for me. A ceiling fan ought to be installed in the living room. The front magnetic door alarm needs replacement. Kitchen trash can was broken when trying to use the foot pedal to open it.
Refrigerator was good. Washer and dryer worked fine.
This was a fine stay for our needs (participating in a weekend tournament at the Aurora Sports Complex). It was nice to have laundry, a full kitchen, and grocery store across the street. We knew about the cell phone towers, so no blame here, but I probably wouldn’t stay with my kids because of the unknown risks from radiation. The apartment is above a martial arts studio and barber shop. Someone in the building was playing pretty loud music most afternoons. This was not a problem for us since we were not spending much time in the apartment, but just an FYI if you are.
