"I was very impressed with the whole community! The property I stayed at was very clean and had extra things on hand; in my case a toothbrush which I'd forgotten. I had also forgotten my coffee...I was very pleased they had complimentary coffee. All the amenities were wonderful; like the hot tub and the pool. I even shot a game of pool and worked out in the fitness room. I would like to come back someday with my husband. It was everything I needed. Oh, and the bed, pillows, and comforter were very comfy. "great location, important amenities such as hot tub, fully furnished kitchen. Small detail need some attention such as missing coffee in the morning, or a lighter. But the whole experience was awesome."

"Really enjoyed the lake though it rained the whole time we were there. It was serene and peaceful. The guest house is attached to the owners home but had our own parking area and no problem with being attached. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay again. Would probably bring a kayak or something so we could actually get on the lake. The guesthouse was very clean and cozy. It was good."

"This was the perfect place to stay for a group of 16. More than enough space to fit everyone comfortably and sleeping arrangements were exactly as described. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, sitting around the fire and playing games in the games room. The nearby cafe and bakery was the perfect place to stroll to in the mornings! My only suggestion is that most rooms do not have blinds/curtains so it gets very light, very fast - eye masks for sleeping can be handy especially if you are a light sleeper. "It is a cute, charming, comfortable place, with several features that make it truly special. It just looks cool, first of all, from the outside and inside, with interesting nooks and crannies, a small place but efficient and plenty big enough for the four of us. The ladder/stairs up to the loft are steep but wide, and our five-year-old handled it just fine, as did my wife and I, his grandparents. The beds are super comfy, with good bedding, and lots of warm blankets. One of the queen beds is in its own private room; the other is adjacent at the top of the stairs with no door, but that was okay. We're family. There are several heating options, from baseboard to wall heater to wood stove, all of which keep it toasty. There are lots of windows, so the place is full of light. It's not far from other cabins, but we heard no one else while we were there. There is a woodshed full of dry wood and a splitting maul. The deck is spacious and has outdoor lighting. The hot tub was just the right temp, and made of cedar so it had dark water from the resins, but it was obviously clean. Peter and Kathy were genial and easy to work with, and good communicators. We had a truly enjoyable time there, far too short of a stay."

I hadn’t paid attention to the check in instructions but I received a helpful text to see if I needed anything and I was able to get the info needed before it was a problem. The place was excellent, perfect really. Couldn’t have had a better stay in a more perfect place."

"We were a group of adult friends plus two kids and we really enjoyed our stay! The basement bedroom was a comfortable and cozy sleeping arrangement for the two parents and kids, and we loved the open floorplan with mountain views from the kitchen/dining room / living room. A little creative how the master is off the kitchen, but more than ample space for our crew of 6! The hosts could not be better communicators and we appreciated their detailed instructions (e.g. for the hot tub and check out), and WiFi that survived a few rogue conference calls! The kitchen was well appointed (love the branded mugs!) with all the essentials, and All-Clad pans."
