« The Best! I am so happy got to stay in spacious, comfortable private room connected to nice house. The view from my room was wonderful with mountains distance and great location for visiting the spectacular north rim of Black Canyon National Park ! There is not much to do with almost no eating options close by, but I cooked food in full kitchen, The owner left essentials including coffee maker and coffee as well as some food items such as instant oatmeal and cereal (and even eggs in...

« Great stay at a wonderful location. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Paula is an excellent host, responds quickly, and goes the extra mile. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Great view, clean house, stars wonderful at night, would stay again »

« This place was awesome. Was everything I expected and more. Place was kept very clean and the directions were very clear on what to do when arriving. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The location is good. About 10 minutes down into Cedaredge and 15 - 20ish up to Grand Mesa.We stayed in the studio unit which is next to a larger rental unit. Outside you are only separated by maybe 10 feet with a see through screen between. The owners live upstairs. The studio was spacious and updated and the owners were quiet. The grounds are lovely with a great view. There is path you can follow to a sitting area on the other end of the property next to a stream. The hot tub was nice...

« Cute place to stay, quiet area, cools down nicely at night. »

« Awesome stay in palisade. The house was great, it was clean, and had everything we needed. The property was even better with a ton of beautiful sites to explore with our family every morning. The location was excellent, right next to a park and trails that made it easy to bike around palisade without having to bike on the road too much. The hosts were great and super responsive when we had some bugs (it is on a farm after all) and immediately fixed the issue. We had a great time, would...

« Very clean, had everything needed. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Pet friendly. »

« My family loved this cute place. Everything was decorated with bees and it was adorable and we were so excited to try the honey and honeycomb they left for us in their place. It was 2 adults and 4 kids and it is a very big studio. So as long as you dont mind all sleeping in the same room this is the place for you in Grand Junction! »

« Very private and peaceful. »

« What a cute spot. Absolutely great location if you want to hit the nearby National park, or National recreation areas!! My girlfriend and I really loved this place. Great nearby restaurants too! Parking is super easy. Parking out front, side of building, or in the back for extra security. The host was very very nice and accommodating. »

« This was the perfect home away from home. The property listing and images were as discribed. Anyone checking in to this property in the evening would have everything they need without rushing to the store including coffee the next morning. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property and providing a comfortable place for guests to stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet (even on Halloween). The beds were comfortable and the extra touches were noticeable (e.g., tissues in the bathrooms,...
