Excellent accueil, Contrôle de sécurité un peu stressant mais bon... Nous avons eu la chance d'essayer le spa ou les soins sont de très bonnes qualités. Personnel avenant, chambre spacieuse, restaurants multiples, piscine entretenue...bref un palace. Le plus ? Le petit déjeuner intercontinental incroyable...

Établissement de très bon niveau, réception magnifique, très grande piscine, bien situé à 2 pas de khan market. Les chambres sont un peu petites, de même que les salles de bain.. Le personnel est très professionnel , tentant autant que faire se peut de trouver des solutions au problème que vous pourriez rencontrer. À recommander, même si dans les 5 étoiles, il peut y avoir mieux à new Delhi

ON Y VIENT, ON Y REVIENT...
Après avoir essayé de nombreux hôtels à Delhli depuis 11 ans, nous avons arrêté notre choix sur cet hôtel qui réunit toutes les conditions pour passer un agréable séjour dans la capital. Quartier tranquille proche des principaux sites d'intérêts, établissement et personnel agréable, excellents restaurants, piscine, spa et salle de gym. Un tout petit point cependant pour que tout soit vraiment parfais, le fait qu'internet ne soit pas gratuit. Je pense que les hôtels de cette catégorie pourraient partager gratuitement leur connexion avec leurs clients.

The Service by hotel staff was excellent. The restaurants (Machan, Varq) however were understaffed and slow to respond to customers - long wait for service, had to remind Machan atatt repeatedly about coffee/juice at breakfast and Varq forgot about dish ordere at dinner)

The service at the Taj in India was top notch. The staff were warm and welcoming, everyone including the cleaning staff. The room was modern and clean. The pool was well kept. The biggest thing that stands out to me is how the staff made me feel, welcomed and honored. Thanks so much, can't imagine staying anywhere else in india.

High overall standard which make the hotel to one of the best in Delhi. Quite similar to Taj Palace though probably a bit more "business soberly". The personnel is, except for a few exceptions, quite neutral and reserved. The hotel is heavily used for wedding celebrations, though this does not bother at all. The restaurants provide fantastic food though on the costlier side. Two different options for breakfast: buffet restaurant and a-la-carte. I would definitely recommend the latter! Though there is no option to eat outside on the terrace (which Taj Palace provides.) Pool and garden area is great and spacious. The only weird feature is that one needs to cross the entire lobby area when coming from the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Taj. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Every meal, including breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable. We also liked the area and the beautiful gardens around the hotel

A real five star hotel. Food and restaurant staff were great. We really like the individual attention where a hotel staff member actually guided us to the room and introduced himself to us for any further assistance. The hotel looks very clean and even smells fresh and clean. Will definitely stay in the hotel again in the future and tell friends about it as well. Also this hotel was not as crowded and full of buzz as Taj Palace hotel at all. We were happy that we chose this hotel over Taj Palace Hotel. O, We enjoyed the quietness outside the hotel too. And we enjoyed the view with birds flying over the forest too. Anyway, the hotel really provided us with a different and pleasant insight into India at the end of our 15 days trip in India.

A terrible room with a motor running by its wall all night which kept me up. The lying and conniving staff that put me there despite asking three times that i needed a quiet room. The lied in the night again for telling me they could not find the source of loud noise, where I could see it myself from my window. The staff lied and deliberately put me there. It's a shame for a VIP access hotel like TAJ . The refund for that night is not a good resolution .. I do not expect a free room but a room I can sleep. SHAMEFUL TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS. iT HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO YEARS. The first time Lucknow and now in Delhi

Many positives but not quite 5 star for us
POSITIVES - friendly and helpful staff (with two exceptions listed below - extremely clean with a morning service and evening service - sauna facilities for guests were lovely and relaxing (steam room/sauna/jacuzzi/outdoor pool) - various options for breakfast CONS - when we checked in, we weren’t informed that we had access to the club room and what it offered. My family were able to access it on the final day (after my husband and I had checked out) and told us of the delicious food and cocktails/drinks available for free. We only became aware after spending a considerable amount at the bar and an employee advised my brother, upon paying the bill, that we could have had drinks in the club room. - we booked a table for 8 people at the Indian restaurant downstairs and upon arriving were told there was no table booked. We were then finally given a table after a 20minute wait and apologies however the food then took over an hour to arrive, and at different times (with naan arriving much earlier than the main and drying out. When we asked for fresh naan with the main, it came out after a long time and the main dish eaten). I ordered the camembert naan and everyone else at the table had eaten, with my main dish pretty cold, by the time it arrived. The manager did not come over to apologise but visited every other table in the restaurant. It seems they were short staffed as another table was about to walk out. However the food was absolutely delicious and well done to the chef!
