"Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again! "

"This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just get away with your spouse. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Beds were big enough to sleep 2 adults. Cabin had electricity with was very helpful for charging phones and having light to see at night. Bathrooms are conveniently located right across from all the cabins which was nice. It was so peaceful being right next to the river, the sounds of nature were very relexing. We will definitely be coming back over and over again to this...

"This home is beautiful! The house, the land, the experience were all great. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the water temp in the shower was either scalding or freezing but we made do because the rest of the house was great. The dryer also didn’t tumble but at least we had the washer to get them clean. More than enough space and kitchen items for all of us"
